Customers with Access to the TPA Tools

When an individual is invited to log on to the TPA tools a limited amount of information is stored in order to handle the users account. The information includes Username, Name, Email and Company. If the individual have access to multiple instances of the TPA tools, the information will be stored for each account.

Only Relevant Information is Processed

We only collect, process and store the information needed to fulfill our obligations to our customers. The Email address is needed by TPA in order to provide the full functionality of the services. E.g. if the Email address is not provided, the services will not be able to send notifications to the individual. Any other information is only used to provide the best experience for users of the customer specific instance of the TPA tools, e.g. names are used when showing information about which users have access to a project.

Your Personal Data are Never Shared or Sold Without User Consent

The Perfect App Ltd. will not share or sell that personal information about our users to any outside agency, advertiser or other third party unless the user was made aware of this possibility prior to submitting their personal information.

Updating and Deleting Your Personal Data

The Perfect App Ltd. does not manage your personal information on your instance of the TPA tools. Customer staff users of each instance will at any time be able to update and delete any personal information that is stored.

If the agreement regarding your instance of the TPA tools is terminated, we will delete the instance and the personal information stored for all user accounts.

Cookies

We use technical cookies on the TPA tools website to handle the current session while the user is logged in. Cookies are not used for tracking of the user.

Access to Personal Information

At their request,The Perfect App Ltd. will advise individuals of what personal information we have in our possession or control about them, what it is being used for, and to whom and why it has been disclosed.

Clients have the right to review and obtain a copy of their personal information on record, by contacting us using the information shown above.

Security of Personal Data

The Perfect App Ltd. is accountable for all personal information in our possession or control. All personal information by using physically secure facilities, industry standard security tools and practices, and clearly defined internal policies and practices. Security measures are in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the personal information under our control. Personal information is stored in secure environments that are not available to the public (e.g., restricted access premises, locked rooms and filing cabinets). To prevent unauthorized electronic access to personal information, any information that is stored in electronic form is protected in a secure electronic and physical environment.

We are responsible for all personal information transferred to third parties for processing. We require third party processors to respect the confidentiality of personal information and all legal requirements under applicable Danish and EU provincial privacy legislation, and to agree to contractual requirements that are consistent with this Privacy Policy.
